Husbands and the Gifts They Can't Stand

Unless I have my husband write down exactly what he wants, where I can purchase it and what aisle and shelf it is on, I am bound to get him something that doesn't fit, doesn't run or doesn't matter in his world! Men say it about us ladies but we respond in kind: gift giving for the opposite sex is tough! And there is nothing worse than husbands and the gifts they can't stand.

The moral here is simple: put away your pride quicker than you put away those useless gifts for your husband from last year. I just ask my husband, just like the kids, to write a Husband Gift List... just like kids do for Christmas or Birthdays. When did we ladies decide it was tacky to ask our men exactly what they want? If anything it shows you know your husband well enough to know that he would rather get what he wants than get what you wish he wanted!

So the perfect gift idea for the husnad is the one he picks out himself... no more reindeer stockings at Christmas and no more tacky silk ties on his birthday (unless of course those items are on his list!
