Its not unusual to get into the spirit of the season so late that there is little season left and you need some spirts to get the courage to hit the stores. Once in the stores, you find the merchandise as picked over as the employees who still work in the stores! Let's face it: Christmas shopping is not easy.

He knows how much money I make but I still believe my boss expects a nice Christmas gift. Last year, I blew it. I waited until the last minute, ran to the Starbucks and purchased a gift card that I placed inside a Starbucks Gift Mug. Unfortunately, I saw his face. It reminded me that I was the one who liked Starbucks while he at once referred to it as "too many decisions before breakfast" coffee. He was the McDonalds drive-thru guy...McDonalds was his kind of place...

Its not that I dislike my co-workers, its just that, if given the choice, I wouldn't be hanging around most of them. Nice people. Good workers. Supportive of my goals (most of the time) and no one at work smells bad... its just that work is well, work!
